Could your Stena Line movie be a winner? - Terms and conditions

Prize:

The main prize consists of your “Stena Line” story being shown on national television in an ad break as part of a Stena Line commercial. The judging for the main prize will take place after the competition has closed on April 31st 2008. The winner will be notified before May 15th 2008.

Digital Camcorder:

Every 3 months a winner will be selected to win a digital camcorder. Closing dates 1. Oct 31st 2007 2. Jan 31st 2008 3. April 31st 2008. The winner of the main prize will be selected from one of these winners.

1. Entries must be received by the last day of the month prior to the month the prize will be awarded.
2. The winner of the best My Stena Line story submitted will be notified directly by Stena Line. The winners are required to contact Stena Line to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, Stena Line reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded or to forfeit the prize.
3. To enter the competition entrants must submit their My Stena Line on the website www.mystenaline.com
4. By entering the competition, the winners will consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by Stena Line in printed and/or online formats.
5. No purchase is necessary.
6. The competition is open to all residents of the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland excluding employees of Stena Line and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
7. The prize is non-transferable.
8. Open to adults aged 18 years and over only.
9. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the competition are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Stena Line will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Stena Line reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
